AI Feedback Specialist Location: St. Albert, Alberta, Canada Industry: Software Development Work Setting: Remote Are you passionate about evaluating cutting-edge AI technologies, analyzing multimedia content, and helping improve the quality, accuracy, and realism of AI-generated voice, image, video, and language models? We are seeking an AI Content Evaluation Specialist to assess and improve the performance of advanced AI systems through structured testing, analysis, and feedback. In this fully remote and flexible role, you will review AI-generated conversations, images, videos, and audio outputs, identify quality issues, and provide detailed evaluations that help train smarter and more reliable AI models. Key Responsibilities AI Content Evaluation Review, assess, and rank AI-generated content across multiple formats including text, voice, images, and video. Evaluate outputs for quality, realism, accuracy, prompt adherence, and overall user experience. Compare multiple AI-generated responses and determine which better meets specified requirements. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement within generated content. Contribute meaningful feedback that improves AI performance and reliability. Conversational AI Testing Participate in realistic, scenario-based conversations with AI voice systems. Evaluate responses for clarity, naturalness, relevance, coherence, and usefulness. Assess conversational flow, speech quality, pronunciation, and overall user experience. Identify instances where responses appear unnatural, confusing, inaccurate, or inconsistent. Provide detailed written evaluations explaining observed issues and improvements. Image & Video Review Compare AI-generated images and videos against original prompts and intended outcomes. Assess visual quality, realism, composition, and instruction-following capabilities. Identify common AI-generated errors such as: Distorted anatomy Unrealistic objects or environments Inconsistent visual details Motion artifacts Visual rendering defects Text-generation errors Determine which content best satisfies prompt requirements and user expectations. Media Quality Analysis Conduct detailed reviews using careful observation and analytical evaluation techniques. Examine visual and audio content for inconsistencies, defects, and performance issues. Replay, inspect, zoom, and analyze outputs to ensure thorough evaluation. Document observations using clear, evidence-based explanations. Maintain consistent quality standards across all review activities. Audio & Speech Assessment Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, fluency, pronunciation, and voice consistency. Assess alignment between audio outputs and expected conversational behavior. Review synchronization between audio and visual content when applicable. Identify speech quality issues including unnatural pacing, pronunciation errors, and audio artifacts. Support development of more realistic and engaging voice experiences. Annotation & Labeling Review and refine AI-generated annotations, captions, and descriptions. Label actions, events, and activities within multimedia content. Improve machine-generated descriptions to ensure accuracy and clarity. Support creation of high-quality training datasets through detailed review and correction activities. Contribute to improving AI understanding of real-world scenarios and behaviors. Quality Control & Feedback Provide structured feedback that supports model training and evaluation efforts. Write concise, evidence-based explanations supporting evaluation decisions. Apply established guidelines and scoring frameworks consistently. Make objective judgments even when multiple outputs contain imperfections. Help establish and maintain quality standards for AI-generated content. Required Qualifications Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle inconsistencies or quality issues. Ability to analyze content objectively and provide accurate evaluations. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills. Ability to make informed decisions when comparing multiple options. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background. Experience reviewing, evaluating, or analyzing digital content. Experience writing feedback, reviews, assessments, or quality evaluations. Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning, or content moderation processes. Experience with multimedia content including audio, video, or image analysis.
