If you take pride in your work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you. *Responsibilities:* * Install seamless aluminum eavestrough, soffit, fascia, and downpipe systems. * Measure, fabricate, and install materials to ensure a professional finish. * Remove and dispose of existing exterior systems safely and efficiently. * Install leaf protection systems and other exterior accessories. * Operate brake equipment, saws, hand tools, and power tools. * Set up and work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts. * Maintain a clean and organized job site. * Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members. * Follow all company safety policies and procedures. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience installing eavestrough, soffit, and fascia is preferred. * Experience with siding or other exterior renovations is considered an asset. * Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. * Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. * Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred. * Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn. * Following all health and safety regulations as required. * Company training will be provided within the first week of being hired. *Incentives: * * Weekly onsite coffee * Monthly team breakfasts * Company events such as golf tournaments * Employee Benefits. Will come into effect once hire has completed 3 month probation. * Quarterly and yearly bonuses may be paid out based on performance. *Requirements: * * Strong communication skills * Valid Ontario Driver's license * Working at Heights & Aerial Platform (Recommendation but not required, can complete after being hired). * Healthy, strong, and fit, able to lift 50-70 lbs. * High School Diploma *Pay:* * $20 - $40 an hour based on skill level.
