As a Finishing Technician, you’re the last stop before our trailers hit the road — and that makes your role essential. You bring each trailer across the finish line by making sure every detail looks right, works right, and meets Southland Trailers’ quality standards. The work you do is what our customers see and remember. This is a role for people who care about craftsmanship and love seeing a project come together. You’ll complete the final stages of assembly and inspection, turning a nearly finished trailer into a product ready for the customer.
