What You’ll Do Kickstart your day with an early morning team huddle/stretch to set the tone for a successful day. Ensure readiness by verifying materials and equipment are prepared for the project ahead. Communicate effectively: Identify issues and communicate them to your supervisor to keep everything running smoothly. Precision is key: Confirm measurements and product specifications to guarantee the highest quality of work. Examine welds to ensure they meet all industry standards and specifications. Utilize a variety of tools: Use power/hand tools (grinding, drills, cutting torches, plasma cutters, etc.) with safety and precision. Work in multiple positions for extended periods (bend, squat, kneel, and stand)—get ready to move! Enhance quality and productivity: Suggest potential improvements to the process to help us work smarter and more efficiently. Work cohesively with your team: Partner with your coworkers to ensure seamless collaboration on welding tasks. Follow SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Track progress by collecting production data and reporting it to your supervisor. Adapt and problem-solve: Participate in solutions when challenges arise to keep production moving. Stay organized: Complete daily 5S requirements to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Verify work completion with your Head/Assistant Coach to ensure everything is up to standard. Training and development: Complete all required training on time to keep your skills sharp. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent education 300 hours of welding experience minimum Seeking an apprenticeship with a valid blue book (or someone able to obtain one) or a journeyperson ticket Experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing is a plus!
