Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for managing and improving the company's presence on ecommerce marketplaces. This role focuses on product listings, content optimization, inventory coordination, marketplace compliance, advertising support, and performance reporting to drive sales growth and profitability. The ideal candidate combines ecommerce, digital marketing, analytics, and operational skills to drive sales Responsibilities Product Listings & Content Optimization · Create, update, and maintain product listings. · Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms. · Coordinate and publish A+ Content · Conduct keyword and competitive analysis to improve organic ranking and conversion rates. Sales & Performance Analysis · Monitor sales performance and profitability. · Analyze trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth. · Manage dynamic pricing, ensuring alignment with overall channel pricing strategy in Canada and US · Develop regular reporting on marketplace performance and key KPIs. · Recommend pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies. Inventory & Forecasting · Coordinate inventory levels with internal supply chain and operations teams. · Monitor stock availability and inbound shipments. · Help forecast inventory requirements to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory. Advertising & Promotions · Coordinate promotional activities such as coupons, deals, and seasonal campaigns. · Track return on ad spend (ROAS), advertising cost of sales (ACOS), and campaign effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with marketing, sales, product management, customer service, and operations teams. · Coordinate new product launches on ecommerce platform marketplaces. · Support brand expansion initiatives across online marketplaces. Marketplace Management · Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platform accounts. · Monitor account health, compliance metrics, and performance indicators. · Resolve listing issues, suppressed products, account warnings, and customer-facing concerns. · Ensure adherence to ecommerce platform policies and marketplace requirements. Qualifications & Requirements · 2+ years of ecommerce or marketplace experience · Familiarity with metalworking tools and accessories and asset · Experience using Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance Paid time off RRSP match Vision care Salary: CA$50,000.00 - CA$65,000.00 per year
