Responsibilities Provide clients with clear information about available products and services Answer questions related to coverage, benefits, and account options Stay informed on current programs, services, and updates Review existing benefit plans to help identify more cost-effective solutions Deliver a positive and professional experience for every client Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is sharp, motivated, and growth-oriented.
