Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients, stakeholders, and end users. Conduct stakeholder interviews, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), and user stories. Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Create process flow diagrams, use cases, workflows, and business process models. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. Collaborate with developers, QA testers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis. Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. Define acceptance criteria and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and report discrepancies. Prepare status reports, presentations, and project documentation. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of business process mapping, requirement analysis, and documentation. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart. Preferred Skills Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories. Knowledge of wireframing and process modeling techniques. Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for business reporting. Understanding of project management methodologies and change management. Knowledge of KPI tracking, business metrics, and data-driven decision-making. Relevant internship, academic project, or practical business analysis experience.
