Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases. Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements. Document analytical processes and reporting methodologies. Required Skills Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts. SQL: SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries, aggregate functions. Power BI / Tableau: Dashboard creation and data visualization. Python: Basic knowledge of Pandas and NumPy (preferred). Statistics: Descriptive statistics, averages, percentages, and trend analysis. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and presentation skills.
