*Company Overview* Spalding Construction Inc. specializes in the installation of decking products for new low-rise and mid-rise residential developments. *Job Overview* Assembly and installation of typical decks and terrace decking for low rise residential housing projects. Measuring, cutting and fastening exterior building materials including pressure treated lumber and composite products. Use of power tools including framing nailer, circular saw and miter saw. Read blueprints and plans. Daily verbal and written communication with project coordinator. Work locations will vary and include residential construction sites throughout the GTA Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year carpentry or landscaping related experience. Vehicle and drivers license to get to job sites throughout the GTA. Working at Heights certification. Ability to perform physical work outside throughout the year including winter. Company vehicle may be provided depending on location. Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour Work Location: In person
