REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER We are looking for a Social Worker with experience in the fields of psycho-social rehabilitation and assessment, complex mental health, case management, neurorehabilitation, and/or chronic pain to provide in-home support. Requirements to Succeed: Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers Masters Degree in Social Work is an asset Experience working with the MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) system will be an asset Registration with the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec is an asset Professional Liability Insurance Experience in providing counselling to people of all developmental ages - child, youth, young adults, and adults, as well as family counselling Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team Proficient computer skills (i.e. ability to work in MS Word and Outlook) Bilingualism in a second language is a bonus, specifically French, Arabic, & Persian Interest and/or experience working with children is also a bonus!
