The Treatment Supervisor oversees daily spa operations, manages the practitioner team, and ensures luxury service standards are maintained. They are also responsible for driving revenue, managing inventory, and performing treatment shifts to support the team.

Oversee event preparation and on-site delivery, including banquet setups, food and beverage service, BEO accuracy, guest support, staff coordination, and compliance with resort standards. Manage event materials, inventory, scheduling, billing reconciliation, documentation, and communication with clients and internal departments.

The Line Cook will prepare authentic Bavarian cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen organization. They are also responsible for leading junior staff, managing production sheets, and ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.

The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and team leadership. They are responsible for managing inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating banquets and catered events.

Develop and implement operational policies and business plans, supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and negotiate facility use with clients. Plan and carry out marketing activities, oversee maintenance, address customer concerns, and assist guests with special needs.

Prepare and delegate food production, manage a kitchen station, and maintain consistent service standards by following recipes and food safety guidelines. Train junior staff, keep work areas and supplies organized, minimize waste, and report equipment or product issues to the chefs.

The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling daily revenue, processing payments, and preparing management reports. They also serve as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight shifts and assist with front office operations.

The Maintenance Responder is responsible for performing general facility clean-up, minor repairs, and maintenance of systems including HVAC and alarm systems. They also handle guest maintenance requests, groundskeeping, and room setups for meetings.
