Title: ServiceNow CMDB Location: Hybrid, onsite 1–2 days/week (Toronto or Scarborough) Duration: 6 months (possible extension) Most important: ServiceNow CMDB Ideal candidate: CMDB + Data Governance Below are the 3 different roles 1. ServiceNow CMDB Consultant/Advisor - Strong consulting or advisory experience in ServiceNow CMDB. - Ability to provide industry best practices, facilitate workshops, influence stakeholders, and guide strategic decision-making. 2. ServiceNow CMDB Business Analyst - Strong business analysis experience within ServiceNow CMDB. - Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and create business and data flow diagrams. 3. ServiceNow CMDB Technical Specialist - Strong technical background in CMDB data management and operations. - Hands-on experience with CMDB administration, data quality, and operational processes.
