Job Title: Process Documentation Analyst/Business Analyst Length of contract: 3 months with possible extension (not guaranteed) Location: Toronto, ON Onsite requirement: 2-3 days in office Interview Process: 2 virtual rounds Start Date: September 1st Job Description The bank is seeking a Process Documentation Analyst/Business Analyst to support a regulatory project. The role will focus on documenting and updating operational procedures impacted by regulatory and business process changes within Corporate Treasury and Market Risk. The resource will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture future-state procedures and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. This is a dedicated 3-month contract position supporting a time-sensitive regulatory initiative. Responsibilities Review and document operational procedures. Engage with Corporate Treasury and Market Risk stakeholders to gather process information and validate documentation. Update existing procedures to reflect new business processes, controls, and system changes. Create clear, detailed, and standardized procedural documentation. Requirements Strong experience in business process documentation and procedural writing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation standards. Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation.
