The Home Support Supervisor leads and manages a team of Personal Support Workers in the field, providing training and performance appraisals. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, formulating care plans, and ensuring all patient concerns are addressed timely. Candidates must be a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. A minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in a community setting, is required.
