Build a trusting relationship with JC, respect and support his choices, and engage with him in daily activities, routines, cleaning, and meal preparation. Implement his Individual Service Plan and communicate respectfully with his family, support network, and the public while promoting his dignity and potential.

Support K with personal care routines, medication administration, meal preparation, household cleaning, errands, and community activities. Provide positive support when K is anxious, and work collaboratively with family members and the support team.

Provide in-home personal care, including hygiene routines, catheter care, meal preparation, and assistance with transfers, as well as wheelchair support outside the home. Accompany JW to appointments and community activities, help her connect with her community and culture, and maintain supportive, respectful relationships with JW and her home-share provider.
