Posting Status Open Posting Date August 5, 2026 Closing Date August 11, 2026 Location: Vancouver (west side) Start Date Expected Hours of Work: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - 10:30am to 1:30 Thursdays, 1:00 to 5:00 Department 12 Position Status Permanent Part-Time Highlights This job requires someone who can champion a man who lives independently and needs help to partake in interesting and healthy activities, both at home and in the community. He lives in Kits; he loves to go on long walks around his neighbourhood. He loves to listen to music (country is a favourite) while doing chores around the house. His mother and step-father live in the same building and are active members in his daily life. Duties And Responsibilities Specific activities can include assisting him with light housekeeping duties and participating in physical activities such as; walking, going to the gym, swimming, bowling and/or ball sports. He works Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons and needs assistance to arrive on time for his job. Other daily cognitive activities could include; reading, art or playing board games. Reports To Program Manager Rate Of Pay CSW: $24.50/hour to $26.65/hour Probation 3 months Driving Requirement Driving not required Preferred Training Or Experience Specific Training or Experience Required: Supporting People who get anxious Ability to motivate, encourage and engage the interests of others. Computer proficiency (email, Word, internet usage) Service Supported Living - RH
