As a Senior Esthetician at Spirit Spa, you are a trusted expert in skin care and body treatments and a role model within the esthetics team. You deliver exceptional, results‑driven services while supporting, mentoring, and helping develop fellow estheticians. This role requires technical excellence, professionalism, and a leadership mindset to ensure every guest receives outstanding care aligned with Spirit Spa standards. Senior Estheticians play an active role in maintaining service excellence, supporting training initiatives, and upholding the elevated guest experience Spirit Spa is known for. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional esthetic services including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, manicures , pedicures and specialty services in accordance with Spirit Spa protocols Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs and customize treatments accordingly Provide thoughtful aftercare recommendations, including home‑care products and treatment plans, to support client wellness and results Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑organized treatment space, adhering to all health and safety standards Maintain accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date client records Mentor and support junior estheticians, offering guidance on technique, guest experience, and professional standards Assist with training initiatives and stay current on new products, techniques, and best practices Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and support business needs, including coverage for changes or sick calls Maintain professional, discreet communication in shared spaces. As a Senior Esthetician, you are expected to: Arrive early to prepare for the day, including setting up treatment rooms, tools, and products Keep treatment rooms consistently clean, sanitized, and ready for the next guest Maintain tidy common areas, including restocking tea and water stations as needed Greet every guest warmly and professionally, regardless of role or location in the spa Present yourself in a polished, professional, and well‑groomed manner Support retail engagement by offering product recommendations when appropriate Communicate promptly with Guest Services or the Manager on Duty if running behind schedule Check in proactively with Guest Services if a guest has not arrived as scheduled Assist during downtime with stocking supplies, preparing hot towels, laundry, and overall spa readiness Lead by example, modeling Spirit Spa values and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture If you are an experienced esthetician who takes pride in your craft, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
