What You'll Do; As a leader on our shop floor, you’ll combine your passion for fashion with operational expertise to create a standout retail experience. You’ll set the tone as a role model for outstanding customer service, fostering a fun, inclusive, and high-performing team environment. While partnering with your Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets, manage team KPIs, and maximize profitability, you’ll coach your team to be product and trend experts, ensuring they’re equipped to guide customers to their perfect fit. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising to keep your department running smoothly and looking sharp. Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. Execute visual merchandising standards, including analyzing product needs and implementing weekly plans to optimize sales. Act as Manager on Duty, leading by example in daily operations, motivating the team, and ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Prioritize health and safety by identifying workplace hazards, providing training, and adhering to Occupational Health and Safety standards. Support recruitment, staff development, and performance appraisals to build a strong, high-performing team.
