What You'll Do; As a Service Shop Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring their equipment—whether it’s skis, snowboards, or bicycles—is expertly maintained and ready to perform. If you love working with your hands, solving problems, and delivering top-tier service, this is the role for you. Assemble, disassemble, and service a variety of bicycles, skis, and snowboards. Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure safety, performance, and longevity. Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, helping them make informed decisions about maintenance and repairs. Deliver a fantastic customer service experience by building trust and offering tailored solutions. Complete all required documentation before returning equipment to customers. What You'll Bring; A passion for sports, outdoor activities, and hands-on problem-solving. Previous experience in customer service or a service shop environment is an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
