Role: Prompt Engineer Duration: 6+ Months Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid Mandatory: Prompt Engineering, Gen AI, RAG Job Description: 5+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, delivering enterprise AI applications using LLMs and foundation models. Strong expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts, prompt chains, and orchestration workflows to improve accuracy, relevance, safety, and user experience. Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines involving document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval optimization, and knowledge grounding. Experience developing Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, planning, reasoning workflows, and autonomous task execution. Proficient in designing and implementing LLM evaluation (Evals) frameworks, covering quality assessment, hallucination detection, prompt benchmarking, safety testing, and performance monitoring.
