Senior Mechanical Project Manager The Opportunity Our client, a well-established mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical scope on a major warehouse project in the Ottawa region. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and controls delivery from mobilization through completion. Key Details Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000, plus bonus structure Location: Ottawa - full-time on site What You'll Be Doing Leading mechanical project management for a large-scale warehouse build Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and controls scope from planning through completion Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site coordination Acting as a key representative of the company with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Driving quality, safety, and on-time/on-budget delivery across the mechanical scope What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in mechanical project management within ICI construction Direct experience with large-scale, high-complexity industrial/commercial facilities strongly preferred Strong background across HVAC, plumbing, and controls Excellent communication skills, comfortable representing the company with clients and stakeholders Available to start pre-construction in October ahead of the January project kickoff Willing and able to work on site in Ottawa full time Why This Role High-profile, large-scale project Competitive compensation with bonus structure Opportunity to lead a marquee mechanical scope from the ground up All resumes will be reviewed by a member of staff and not through ATS systems.
