Superviseur(e) de maintenance Relevant du directeur de la maintenance, le/la superviseur(e) de maintenance assure la fiabilité et le bon fonctionnement des équipements de production dans un environnement alimentaire. Il/elle supervise une équipe de mécaniciens, techniciens et électromécaniciens et veille à la planification, à l’exécution et à l’amélioration des activités de maintenance, dans le respect des normes de salubrité, de sécurité alimentaire et de santé et sécurité. Principales responsabilités Superviser, mobiliser et développer l’équipe de maintenance; Planifier et coordonner les travaux de maintenance préventive, corrective et d’urgence; Assurer la disponibilité et la fiabilité des équipements de production; Veiller au respect des procédures, des standards de qualité, de salubrité et de sécurité alimentaire; Assurer le respect des BPF et des normes d’hygiène propres à l’industrie alimentaire; Superviser les travaux des sous-traitants et assurer le respect des exigences de l’usine; Participer au recrutement, à l’intégration et à la formation de l’équipe; Collaborer avec la production afin de minimiser les arrêts et assurer la continuité des opérations; Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue, à la maintenance préventive et aux projets CAPEX; Identifier des solutions pour améliorer la fiabilité des équipements, réduire les coûts et optimiser la performance; Participer à la gestion du budget de maintenance; Assurer un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et conforme aux exigences de l’industrie alimentaire; Répondre à l’occasion aux urgences en dehors des heures régulières. Profil recherché Expérience obligatoire en supervision de maintenance dans le secteur alimentaire; Bonne connaissance des normes de salubrité, BPF et de sécurité alimentaire; Expérience en gestion et mobilisation d’une équipe technique; Leadership, organisation et bon jugement; Capacité à résoudre efficacement les problèmes et à gérer les priorités dans un environnement de production; Orientation vers l’amélioration continue, la sécurité et la performance. Maintenance Supervisor Reporting to the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Supervisor ensures the reliability and proper operation of production equipment in a food-processing environment. He or she supervises a team of mechanics, technicians, and electromechanics and oversees the planning, execution, and improvement of maintenance activities, in compliance with sanitation, food safety, and health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise, motivate, and develop the maintenance team; Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work; Ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment; Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and food safety and hygiene standards; Ensure compliance with GMPs and food industry-specific hygiene standards; Supervise subcontractors’ work and ensure compliance with plant requirements; Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of the team; Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity; Participate in continuous improvement projects, preventive maintenance, and CAPEX projects; Identify solutions to improve equipment reliability, reduce costs, and optimize performance; Participate in the management of the maintenance budget; Ensure a clean, safe work environment that complies with food industry requirements; Occasionally respond to emergencies outside regular working hours. Desired Qualifications Required experience in maintenance supervision within the food industry; Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, GMP, and food safety; Experience managing and motivating a technical team; Leadership, organizational skills, and sound judgment; Ability to effectively solve problems and manage priorities in a production environment; Focus on continuous improvement, safety, and performance.
