Lead and support the hospital’s Truth and Reconciliation initiatives, including developing an Indigenous hiring and retention strategy, expanding targeted recruitment, and building partnerships that support internships and mentorships. Research Indigenous employment best practices, establish workforce representation baselines and performance indicators, and collaborate with Human Resources, hospital leaders, Indigenous partners, and hiring committees to improve recruitment and retention.

NICU Parent Partner Coordinator

Co-lead the NICU Parent Partner Program, including its development, volunteer recruitment, screening, training, orientation, and supervision. Evaluate the program and volunteer support, provide ongoing feedback, and collaborate with staff, volunteers, and families to resolve issues and improve services.
