WE ARE HIRING: 3-4 Family Physicians | Ottawa (Downtown & Orléans) Are you looking for primary care practice flexibility, high-earning potential, and complete clinical autonomy without the financial negation or rigid caps of capitation models? St Mary Rideau Family Clinic (Downtown Ottawa) and Trim Medical Centre (Orléans) are expanding! We have 3 to 4 immediate openings for full-time, part-time, Family Physicians. The Practice Model: We operate under an enhanced Fee-For-Service framework (Comprehensive Care Model / CCM), giving you absolute billing control. As our team grows, incoming physicians will have the collective option to transition together into a brand-new Family Health Group (FHG) to unlock premium billing codes and shared after-hours coverage. IMG Pathways Supported: We are proud to support qualified International Medical Graduates (IMGs) and are fully equipped to provide clinical supervision and administrative paperwork for the C10 pathway. Qualifications: Active license or eligibility with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). CFPC certified or eligible. Requirements

Applicants must hold, or be eligible for, an active license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). They must be certified by, or eligible for certification with, the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC); qualified international medical graduates are supported through the C10 pathway.
