As a key member of the Stampede Toyota team and reporting to the Used Car Managers, the Lot Attendant & Merchandiser will work alongside a seasoned sales team, service department, and support staff, all representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry. Stampede Toyota is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Lot Attendant & Merchandiser at our location in Calgary. Summary Reporting to the Used Car Managers, the Lot Attendant & Merchandiser is someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a high-performing team, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role supports the Used Car Department by ensuring vehicles are organized, maintained, professionally presented, and ready for sale and delivery. Job Responsibilities: * Lot organization-Park and arrange used units, move vehicles as needed, and maintain clean and safe lot conditions, including snow shoveling. * Vehicle readiness-Clean vehicles, fuel units, and support delivery preparation. * Photography & merchandising-Take photos for online listings and ensure vehicles are presented professionally. * Key management-Stock keys, maintain key box accuracy, and prepare key tags. * Stock folder management- Build and maintain physical folders including CarFax, inspections, and required documents. * Showroom presentation-Stage, clean, and rotate showroom units for maximum impact. Qualifications: * Valid driver’s license with clean abstract. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work outdoors year-round. * Comfortable using tablets, cameras, and dealership software. * Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities. * Experience in automotive retail is an asset but not required. Working Environment: * Schedule: Full time- Monday 9 AM – 6 PM; Tuesday to Thursday 11:00 AM to 8 PM; Friday off; Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM.
