We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our dynamic team ! Job Description As a Customer Experience Representative, you will have to provide high standards service to customers in accordance with our philosophy, ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of aircrafts, and ensure flawless communication and coordination between customers and line service agents. You will also assist customers with requested services such as fueling, catering, and securing hangar space, as well as hotel and transportation accommodations, among others. Requirements Experience and Skills Needed Some customer support experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting and problem resolution Must be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written Raison: Interaction with an international clientele requiring the use of a language other than French. Good writing and communication abilities Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Microsoft office, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time Competencies Valued Displays courtesy, discretion and efficiency towards the customer Displays leadership through innovation in everything you do Displays a passion for what you do and a drive to improve Is proactive and has a strong drive to complete tasks Displays personal and corporate integrity Conditions Schedule to be determined Benefits Experienced and dynamic team!
