Job summary
1. Partnerships & Impact (x1) Work closely with Chapter Leads and the National Team in the following: Create annual partnership impact reports by communicating with chapter leads/ liaisons for accurate numbers and metrics that measure success Creating, distributing, and analyzing a partner survey Draft national semester start messages for schools, non-profits, tutees/mentees, volunteers, and chapter executive teams Organize all partnerships (link all excels from individual chapters into one resource section) Pursue national partnerships and allocate them to chapters Requirements: Organized and committed to SSY’s mission Excellent verbal and written communication skills Cultivate trust and build long-term relationships with external partners Align partnership efforts with our broader goals and values Capacity to prioritize meetings, complete deliverables by deadlines, and communicate in a timely manner with internal and external partners Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs/week Application link - https://forms.gle/tcfdiF5Mor6LN8i18 *Internal applicants, such as prior or current SSY volunteers/ execs will have priority in the selection process
