INTRODUCTION TO ROLE Stathera is looking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team. We encourage enthusiastic candidates with Bachelor’s, Masters’ or PhD degrees in relevant engineering fields that have an interest in working on innovative projects to apply to this position. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of Stathera’s Final Testing for integrated products, as well as ASIC and post-silicon characterization. They will also gain exposure to the full product development cycle. This role involves working closely with Stathera’s CSI team on various projects related to MEMS-based timing devices and electronic circuits, utilizing both hardware and software tools. The Senior Test Development Engineer will report directly to the VP of Systems Engineering and is expected to work full-time (40 hours per week). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Develop ATE Test Solutions for Stathera's MEMS precision timing products. Deploy Product Test Solutions to OSATs and Test Houses. Lead the transfer of the test solution to the Production environment. Collaborate effectively with overseas OSATs and Test Houses. Contribute to the improvement and optimization of High-Volume Testing and yield. Design and Develop Bench Validation hardware and software. Analyze and process data, and generate comprehensive reports. REQUIRED SKILLS A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or any other related designation; Have extensive experience working with different ATE platforms and understand advantages and disadvantages of different platforms with respect to the product test requirement Have an in depth understanding of mixed-signal, circuit, signal handling and processing, board level and bench testing Experience with test methodology and precision signal measurement Experience with tri-temperature handlers is an asset; Experienced and proficient in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro; Knowledge of embedded systems and programming; Excellent computer programming skill in C++ or MATLAB/ Python preferred not required Proficient in data analysis with proven problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others; The ability to work well under pressure and excellent time management skills. DESIRED SKILLS Background in precision Timing device and mixed-signal electronics is an asset; Having experience in micro-electro-mechanical-systems (MEMS) technology is a bonus. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience in ATE platforms and mixed-signal circuit testing. Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and programming languages like C++, MATLAB, or Python is expected.
