Answer questions and recommend hotel services, restaurants, attractions, events and transportation. Manage reservations, room assignments and guest communications by phone, email and in person. Prepare guest bills, process payments and accurately balance cash and shift activity. Complete welcome and wake-up calls, keep the front desk organized and prepare for the next shift. Protect guest privacy, follow security procedures and promptly report concerns.
