Job summary
Responsibilities Execute daily risk controls for the prediction market, including transaction monitoring, abnormal behavior handling, and risk incident response Monitor user trading behavior in real time to identify risks such as market manipulation, insider information abuse, and wash trading Execute risk control strategies, including position limits, price limits, and account-level risk measures Track the impact of major market events (e.g., political and macroeconomic events) on market risk Work with the strategy team by feeding back execution data to optimize risk rules Participate in risk process optimization to improve response efficiency and automation Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; finance, economics, statistics, or related majors preferred 2+ years of trading risk operations experience (futures/options/prediction markets preferred) Familiar with prediction market mechanics (odds formation, event settlement logic, liquidity structure) Sensitivity to user behavior risks (manipulation, wash trading, information asymmetry) Strong execution, emergency response capability, and sense of ownership Able to work 7x24 rotating shifts or in a high-intensity monitoring environment

Requirements
