We are currently seeking Clinical Instructors to join our Health Care Assistant (HCA) Program in Prince George, British Columbia. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced health care professionals who are passionate about supporting and mentoring the next generation of health care providers. * Location: Prince George, British Columbia * Employment Type: Contract * Compensation: $36.00-$57.00 * Clinical Schedule & Structure: The clinical component includes group clinical and preceptorship experiences: * * * HCA190 – Group Clinical * * * January 16 – February 14, 2027 * 150 clinical hours * The Clinical Instructor will be on-site in Prince George with the student group throughout the clinical experience. * * HCA191 – Long Term Care Preceptorship * * * February 15 – February 28, 2027 * 60 hours * Primarily remote monitoring, with at least one in-person visit with students. * Mileage is paid for approved travel to student visits. * * HCA200 – Assisted Living Preceptorship * * * March 1 – March 14, 2027 * 60 hours * Primarily remote monitoring, with at least one in-person visit with students. * Mileage is paid for approved travel to student visits. What You Will Do: * Provide Mentorship – Share your clinical knowledge and experience, monitor student progress, provide ongoing feedback, and support students throughout their clinical learning. * Support Student Learning – Help students connect their classroom knowledge to real-world clinical practice and develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed. * Be a Liaison – Represent Stenberg College professionally and maintain strong communication with students, clinical partners, and the College. * Monitor Progress – Provide guidance and feedback throughout the clinical and preceptorship experiences and identify opportunities for additional student support. There is a full curriculum for each course and a thorough orientation will take place prior to stepping into the clinical environments. Who You Are: * You have current full registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives * (BCCNM) as an LPN or RN and are in good standing * You have a demonstrated an ability to teach adult learners * Two or more years of full-time Canadian nursing experience as an LPN or RN * Experience in working with older adults with complex health needs; and * Experience or orientation in home support and multi-level/complex care * You have completed the Student Practice Education Core Orientation (SPECO) curriculum, and all courses are up to date. Requirements

Candidates must hold current registration with the BCCNM as an LPN or RN and possess at least two years of full-time Canadian nursing experience. Additionally, applicants must have experience with older adults and have completed the Student Practice Education Core Orientation (SPECO) curriculum.
