WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Assist with Investigation, diagnosis and root cause analysis * Mentor & train operators to properly inspect, service and maintain assigned units * Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of service equipment * Understand the mechanical, iron and electronics preventative maintenance process * Understand all aspects of STEP equipment maintenance and support * Attend and participate in all weekly safety meetings and safety drills * Respond to emergency situations; on the job training with the crew members to ensure the security of the professionals, the equipment and the environment * Have a thorough knowledge of all proper STEP safe work procedures and practices to manage each task in a safe and efficient manner that will ensure that the professionals, the public and the environment are not placed at risk due to our operations * Adhere to the companies HSE policies and procedures * Maintain a clean and safe work environment All other duties as assigned WHAT WE OFFER: 15/6 rotations: Structured rotation with dedicated home time. Must hold a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) certification. Requires the physical ability to perform manual labor and the flexibility to work a 15/6 rotation in remote field environments.
