Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the timely preparation of periodic financial statements, analyzing financial information, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, upholding internal controls, and helping to enhance financial processes and policies. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with strong communication skills who isn’t afraid to bring forward recommendations and think outside the box. Main responsibilities include: Plan, set up and administer accounting systems and prepare financial information Prepare financial analysis, including financial statements, accounts, and job cost analysis Develop and enhance tools to track key performance indicators Set up and maintain procedures for reporting and internal checks such as inventory counts, reconciliation and purchase tracking Support annual external audit Assist in regular compliance matters as required Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members Join a team that values work-life balance and be part of an organization with a long-standing reputation for quality, innovation, and integrity.
