This position is reporting to the National Operations Manager. *WHY STIHL LIMITED:* * Competitive compensation with a comprehensive Employer-paid Group Benefits Plan, including health, dental, vision, paramedical services, life insurance, and disability coverage. * Retirement Savings Support through our Defined Contribution Pension Plan, featuring up to a 6% Employer Match. * Flexible Wellness Benefits with an annually funded Personal or Health Spending Account. * Paid time off programs, including paid vacation, sick/personal days, education hours, and a paid shutdown between Christmas and New Year's. * Work-Life Balance supported by a culture that values employee well-being, development, and flexibility. * A safe and collaborative workplace where employee safety and teamwork are priorities. * Employee Recognition and Social Events that help celebrate achievements, build connections, and make STIHL a great place to work. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:* * Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 warehouse team members, ensuring a safe, productive, and high-performance work environment * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of warehouse personnel, including forklift certification and working at heights (fall arrest) * Develop and manage daily workforce schedules to ensure proper coverage across all warehouse functions * Manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, wave management, reporting, and adherence to company cut-off times * Monitor and optimize inventory flow, warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency * Ensure compliance with all Ministry regulations, company policies, and safety standards * Oversee preventative maintenance (PM) programs and safety inspections for forklifts and ensure all equipment meets regulatory requirements * Coordinate maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment, including forklifts, racking systems, and conveyors * Ensure full compliance with Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations, including lithium-ion battery shipments * Lead safety initiatives and enforce safe work practices throughout the warehouse * Utilize data, reporting tools, and performance metrics (KPIs) to guide decision-making and improve operations * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost control * Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement aligned with Stihl values *QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS INCLUDE:* * Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment * High school diploma or equivalent required * Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is an asset * Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration ability * Comfortable working in a data-driven shipping environment STIHL Ltd. may use AI tools to support parts of recruitment, including but not limited to job posting and pre-screening.
