The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance, including drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system repairs. They must also provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant requests and handling emergency on-call duties.

Support the planning, design, and execution of multi-family and mixed-use projects from feasibility through construction. This includes producing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and maintaining portfolio design standards.
