❄️SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT OPERATOR❄️ LaSalle | Seasonal TAKE THE WHEEL. COUNT ON STEADY WINTER PAY. WHAT YOU GET * Fixed seasonal pay based on your experience and equipment qualifications. * Overtime paid in accordance with CNESST requirements. * Regular pay—even when it doesn’t snow. Maintain your employment and required availability throughout the season (November 1, 2026–March 31, 2027) to receive your full seasonal compensation. * Opportunity for year-round employment in landscaping maintenance roles under a permanent contract, with group insurance and a group RRSP, subject to eligibility. * Uniforms and on-site parking. * Training and development opportunities. * A team that values safety, respect and teamwork. THE JOB * Operate snow plowing and snow removal equipment safely. * Inspect your equipment and report any issues. * Follow site instructions and communicate with your team. WHAT YOU BRING * 2 years of commercial vehicle driving experience required; experience in snow removal or operating small or heavy equipment is an asset. * Valid Class 5 licence and clean SAAQ driving record. * Reliable transportation to LaSalle or assigned sites (including nights and weekends) * Reliability and a commitment to safety. * Availability for snow events and assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Hours vary with weather and operational needs; no predetermined number of hours is attached to seasonal pay. Applicable minimum wage and overtime adjustments are based on actual hours worked. Requirements
