*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and compassionate *Physiotherapist* to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative *multidisciplinary clinic environment* alongside chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals. The Physiotherapist will provide patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, including acute injuries, chronic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and workplace-related conditions. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive *physical assessments* and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. * Provide *evidence-based physiotherapy treatments*, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and modalities when appropriate. * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs to ensure optimal recovery and functional outcomes. * Educate patients on *injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs* to support long-term recovery. * Maintain *accurate and timely documentation* of assessments, treatment sessions, and patient progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. * Collaborate with *multidisciplinary healthcare professionals* including chiropractors, massage therapists, physicians, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care. * Promote patient wellness through education on *lifestyle modification, exercise, and injury prevention strategies*. * Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practice and participate in *continuing professional development*. *Requirements* * Registered and in good standing with the *College of Physiotherapists of Ontario*. * Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program. * Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills across *musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions*. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare professionals. * Ability to work independently and as part of a *multidisciplinary team*. * Experience in private practice, sports rehabilitation, or orthopedic physiotherapy is considered an asset. * New graduates, resident physiotherapists, and experienced physiotherapists are all welcome to apply.
