We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to be the face of our studio and the engine behind our growth. This is a sales-driven role with a marketing perspective. You'll bring new people through our doors, turn intro-pass guests into loyal members, and keep our community coming back — driving growth through sales campaigns and marketing initiatives you help dream up and run. It's built for a customer-obsessed self-starter who owns their results without hand-holding. What You'll Do Meet and exceed studio sales goals — memberships, class packs, and retention targets Own timely lead outreach and follow-up across email, SMS, and calls Convert leads into members through consultations, studio tours, and deep class knowledge — confidently handling objections Ideate, execute, and measure marketing campaigns that drive new leads, intro-pass sign-ups, and retention Administer our CRM — manage lead entries, build follow-up sequences, and keep everything up to date Drive member retention — check in on clients, celebrate milestones, re-engage lapsed members, and handle cancellations and downgrades with care Generate new leads through members, referrals, community outreach, and social media Represent STRONG at events, festivals, and local community gatherings Report on sales progress and hit monthly KPIs Welcome everyone warmly and keep front-desk operations running smoothly Partner with the owner to keep the studio cohesive and thriving What You Bring A business degree, or a marketing degree with a strong focus on customer service Customer-obsessed — the client experience is at the center of everything you do A true self-starter who takes initiative and works independently Proven ability to drive growth through marketing initiatives and sales campaigns CRM experience — comfortable running email, SMS, and call campaigns and managing leads on a marketing/CRM platform. We use Hapana; direct experience is a plus, but familiarity with a comparable CRM is what matters Excellent verbal and written communication Confident, motivational, and outgoing, with a go-getter mentality Able to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail; punctual and reliable Sales experience (1 year preferred), ideally in fitness or a membership-based business A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and Pilates Available for a mix of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Perks & Benefits Complimentary studio membership — train with us for free Commission and performance bonuses (structure to be confirmed) A supportive, tight-knit team and real ownership to make the role your own Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus commissions Hours: Part-time, ~25 hours/week Culture That's STRONG Our mission is to build strength — in bodies, in confidence, and in community. That's not just the workout; it's how we treat each other, how we show up for our members, and the energy we bring through the door every day. Here, attitude matters and energy is a choice — we choose to bring our best, lift each other up, and make every member feel it. We're team players with big ideas who care about each other and have fun doing it. If you want a role where your hustle is seen, your ideas matter, and your work changes lives, come build something STRONG with us.
