Cleaner - Full-Time Day Shift Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stubbe’s is a reputable family-owned and operated company with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Stubbe’s started as a small precast company catering to the agricultural market and have since grown into a diversified company offering a wide range of concrete-related products and services. Position is located in in Harley, ON (between Brantford and Woodstock), must have reliable transportation as we are located in a rural area. Your Day to Day: * Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces * Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors * Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, performs further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed * Disposing of trash from bins and containers * Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed * Scrubbing sinks, basins, showers and toilets in private and public bathrooms * Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors * Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products * Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products * Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy * Keeping office commodities fully stocked * Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job Expectations for the Role: * Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team * Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties * Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills * Pays attention to detail when cleaning * Organized and able to follow a schedule * Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds * Ability work evenings and weekends * Minimum G2 Drivers License Qualities We Value: * Reliability and dedication * Collaborative spirit * Integrity and honesty * Sense of ownership * Strong work ethic * Commitment to safety What We Offer: * Competitive starting rate * Paid overtime * Consistent, predictable shifts * Steady work year-round * Benefits plan * Matching program for Group RRSP * Work boot allowance * Clothing allowance * Internal career advancement opportunities through succession planning -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stubbe's is committed to providing accommodations to those individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
