Cleaner - Full-Time Day Shift Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) Stubbe’s is a reputable family-owned and operated company with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Stubbe’s started as a small precast company catering to the agricultural market and have since grown into a diversified company offering a wide range of concrete-related products and services. Position is located in in Harley, ON (between Brantford and Woodstock), must have reliable transportation as we are located in a rural area. Your Day To Day Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, performs further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed Disposing of trash from bins and containers Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed Scrubbing sinks, basins, showers and toilets in private and public bathrooms Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy Keeping office commodities fully stocked Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job Expectations For The Role Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills Pays attention to detail when cleaning Organized and able to follow a schedule Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds Ability work evenings and weekends Minimum G2 Drivers License Qualities We Value Reliability and dedication Collaborative spirit Integrity and honesty Sense of ownership Strong work ethic Commitment to safety What We Offer Competitive starting rate Paid overtime Consistent, predictable shifts Steady work year-round Benefits plan Matching program for Group RRSP Work boot allowance Clothing allowance Internal career advancement opportunities through succession planning Stubbe's is committed to providing accommodations to those individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment process. Requirements
