What you’ll do

The Nutritionist will maintain and update the recipe and nutritional database for all prepared foods and collaborate with culinary teams to ensure nutritional accuracy and ingredient transparency. They will also review recipes for allergens and dietary requirements, support menu development, and analyze recipe data for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or Dietetics, with experience in recipe analysis or food manufacturing preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with knowledge of Canadian food labeling regulations, are essential.
