Farm Operations Manager Delta, British Columbia We are partnering with a well-established, multi-generational family farm in British Columbia with over 60 years of history in vegetable production. Known for its strong community roots and commitment to quality and sustainability, this operation is seeking a hands-on Farm Operations Manager to lead equipment maintenance and shop operations. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on agricultural equipment, including tractors, implements, and trucks Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks based on farm operational needs Supervise and support shop staff, including training equipment operators Maintain accurate service and maintenance records Operate farm machinery for diagnostics, testing, and training purposes Work with a range of equipment, including John Deere, Grimme, and Fendt machinery What We’re Looking For Strong mechanical experience with agricultural equipment Proven ability to manage and prioritize workflows in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience supervising and training staff Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable operating a variety of farm equipment and tools English required, Spanish is an asset What Is Offered Full-time, permanent position Accommodation available for the right candidate Opportunity to join a stable, long-standing agricultural operation If you’re a skilled mechanic and leader who enjoys working in a dynamic agricultural environment, we’d love to connect.
