About Our Client: Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of tools and accessories. Position Scope: The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the organization with creating and executing marketing and sales projects to support the overall brand. The incumbent will work closely with an external marketing partner. This role involves interacting with sales teams, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring brand consistency. The position is hybrid - 2 days work from home per week after the probationary period. Responsibilities: Collaborating with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports. Attending sales training and developing an understanding of the products and services of the company. Arranging for the creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team generate business leads. Maintaining organized sales records and reporting month-end goal setting to the senior management team. Collaborating with customers on joint marketing programs. Collaborate with the company’s external marketing partner, on specific projects. Take ownership of in-house tasks, such as website management, updating the catalog, ensuring specifications in the ERP are updated, etc. Maintain brand consistency by working with distributors to ensure adherence to marketing guidelines. Involvement in trade shows and company events. Assist the sales team with marketing collateral. Manage social media accounts, with the potential for this responsibility to evolve depending on workload. Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice, style and tone. Support ongoing communication with brand partners and external vendor projects. Foster an environment of creativity to create social media content that attracts customers, increases engagement, growth, awareness, and consistency. Maintain a high level of organization and strong attention to detail. Maintain a substantial degree of knowledge on products offered. Present ideas to management to help promote the brand or campaign in new ways. Provide management with insights on market trends and competitive analysis. Required Skills and Knowledge: Understanding of photography and product shoots. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results. Ability to meet deadlines and be agile in scheduling. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Familiarity with digital marketing tools. High degree of drive and dedication. Ability to travel for sales-related activities. Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving business environment. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills. Able to meet deadlines and turn out content quickly and efficiently. Education and Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales support role.
