As the Lead Hand Audit Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing lift access to prevent unauthorized entry, troubleshoot pass and ticket issues, identify potential loss, and investigate any suspicious activity. You will work closely with both fellow employees and guests resolving issues in an efficient and timely manner. Compensation Information: $22.45 per hour Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting. This job position requires physical presence at the designated location. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work responsibly and independently. Strong computer skills, POS, RTP and RFID experience beneficial. Dependable, reliable, and punctual team player. A good knowledge of the regional area and /or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work to tight timelines. Completion of Criminal Record Check. Comply with all Sun Peaks Resort LLP Policies. Follow procedures for maintaining privacy and confidentiality of resort staff and guests. Primary Responsibilities Working closely and following the direction of the Access Audit Supervisor. Daily monitoring of Lift Ticket and Season Pass Access, Auditing, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Balancing daily usage and auditing reports. Demonstrates a commitment to exceed the customer’s expectations. Highly organized and efficient in the workplace. Always follow company policies and procedures. Strong customer service skills and confidence to talk to guests and administer fines. Why join us?
