registered early childhood educator (RECE)

Sunny Faces Day Care is looking to hire 1 Part Time RECE to work with children between the ages of 6 - 12 years of age. This position consists of a maximum 4 hours between 1:30pm ? 5:30pm, depending on the needs of the child care centre. This position will be required to work full days (8hrs) for PA Days, Christmas Break, March Break and during the summer months. This position will be required for Sunny Faces Rivercrest, however, depending on the needs of the child care centre some hours may be worked at St. Benedict. This position will be required to perform some kitchen and cleaning responsibilities. Qualifications · Registered RECE in good standings · Clear Vulnerable Sector Check · Up-to-date Medical and Immunization · Up-to-date Standard First Aid & CPR AED +C · Minimum 2 years? experience working with children · WHMIS · Strong organizational skills · Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues · Flexibility and strong work ethic is an asset Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.28 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
