SupremeX is looking for a Director, Marketing & Brand Development to lead the evolution of our marketing function and strengthen our brand presence across Canada and the U.S., with a particular focus on accelerating growth in the U.S. Envelope and e-Commerce Packaging markets. This is a highly visible, strategic leadership role with the opportunity to shape how SupremeX is positioned in the market, how we engage customers, and how we bring our products, capabilities, and expertise to market. The Opportunity As the Director, Marketing & Brand Development, you will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Operations, HR, and Innovation to develop and execute strategies that connect market opportunities, customer insights, product innovation, and brand positioning to measurable business results. You will help transform marketing into a data-driven, technology-enabled and market-led strategic function that supports both current business priorities and long-term growth. Key Areas of Leadership 🌎 U.S. Brand & Market Development Build and strengthen SupremeX’s brand positioning and awareness in the U.S. market. Develop market-specific strategies to support growth and new customer acquisition. Establish SupremeX as a differentiated and trusted packaging solutions partner. 📦 Product Marketing & Innovation Lead product positioning, messaging, launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio development. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Innovation to identify new product and market opportunities. Develop compelling value propositions that differentiate SupremeX in the marketplace. 📊 Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth Lead market and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends and customer needs. Provide insights to Executive Leadership to support strategic decisions, including market expansion, M&A evaluation, portfolio analysis, and equipment sourcing. Develop a deeper understanding of our customers, competitors, and target markets. 🤝 Sales Enablement & Market Activation Partner with Sales Leadership to develop campaigns, presentations, collateral, tools, and market-specific initiatives. Strengthen our ability to communicate the value of SupremeX’s products and capabilities. Support the development of new business opportunities in targeted markets. 💻 Digital, Social & Communications Lead SupremeX’s website, SEO, email marketing, social media, content, and digital strategy. Build a stronger digital presence for our U.S. Envelope and e-Commerce Packaging businesses. Oversee internal and external communications while ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels. 🎯 Brand, Employer Brand & Industry Presence Strengthen SupremeX’s profile as both a market leader and employer of choice. Partner with HR on employer branding and employee communications. Lead trade shows, industry events, sponsorships, and industry association participation. 👥 Leadership & Performance Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team. Establish marketing KPIs and measure the impact of marketing initiatives. Manage the marketing budget, vendors, agencies, and external partners. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You bring: Proven experience leading B2B marketing, brand development, product marketing, or a related function. Strong understanding of market development, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence. Experience partnering with Sales and senior leadership to drive business growth. The ability to translate market insights into clear strategies and measurable actions. Strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills. A balance of strategic vision, creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. Experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, envelope, B2B, or a related environment is an asset.
