Lead approximately 19 team and sub-operation leaders and indirectly oversee around 180 employees, ensuring efficient, high-quality processing of mail, parcels, advertising mail, newspapers, and small goods. Coordinate shift operations, monitor performance metrics, drive process improvements and organizational change, support employee development, and oversee workplace safety.

Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 employees while ensuring reliable storage and retrieval, workplace supply, and timely processing of inter-center shipments. Coordinate staffing and team meetings with the deputy, maintain safe and high-quality transport and handling operations, and actively support daily work.
