You'll help manage the agency, support our travel advisors, serve our clients, build supplier relationships and work closely with ownership to identify opportunities to grow the business. We want someone who can take initiative, bring forward ideas and help us continue building a travel agency known for exceptional service and memorable travel experiences. 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Management & Administration Oversee the day-to-day operations of our downtown Kingston travel agency Coordinate office schedules, workflow and administrative priorities Support travel advisors with bookings, client files and operational questions Maintain organized agency records and supplier information Assist with invoicing, commission tracking, reconciliations and other administrative functions Help establish and maintain efficient office procedures Ensure a high standard of professionalism and customer service Help ensure agency procedures comply with applicable TICO and Ontario travel-industry requirements Assist ownership with reporting and other operational responsibilities Identify ways to improve efficiency, organization and the overall client experience Administrative and management responsibilities are compensated as part of this position and are not dependent solely on generating travel sales. 👥 Team Leadership A great agency manager doesn't simply manage tasks — they help people succeed.
