About The Role The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience along with strong leadership, planning, and team management skills. Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities. Manage and delegate tasks to tradespeople, subcontractors, and site personnel. Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards. Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable regulations and project requirements. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Identify and address issues or delays on-site. Maintain a productive, organized, and professional work environment. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available as required. Qualifications & Requirements Journeyman ticket or equivalent trade qualifications preferred. Engineering degree or college diploma is an asset. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor. Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction. Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and organizational skills. Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Valid driver's license. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and site operations.
