Job summary

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in one or more skilled trades who are eager to expand their technical knowledge and grow their careers. Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC systems. Perform service work in residential, commercial, and agricultural environments. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, work orders, and technical instructions. Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials. Follow workplace safety procedures and applicable industry standards. Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas. Collaborate with senior technicians and other team members. Communicate professionally with customers and provide quality service. Complete work orders, service reports, and other required documentation. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support occasional emergency or after-hours service calls, as required. Qualifications Experience or technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC work. Trade school education, apprenticeship experience, or relevant certifications are considered an asset. Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to follow established procedures and technical instructions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Professional and respectful customer service skills. Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing field work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites within Leeds and Grenville, ON. Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, punctuality, and professional conduct. Willingness to learn and expand skills across multiple trades.
